The San Francisco Buyers Club is ingrained in the history of cannabis in America and worldwide. Started by Dennis Peron in the wake of the Vietnam War as a moving underground market, the Buyers Club eventually evolved into the country's first medical marijuana dispensary. This 4/20, in honor of those who set the tone for RISE to exist, we are paying homage to the early pioneers by implementing our 420 Buyers Club.
